1. Company Information
Umrah Packages Canada is a Canadian travel agency specialising in Islamic pilgrimage travel. Operations are conducted in accordance with Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
2. Booking & Payment
A deposit (minimum C$500 per person) is required to confirm your Umrah booking. Full payment is due 6–8 weeks before departure. All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and Interac e-Transfer.
3. Cancellation Policy
- 61+ days before departure: Full refund less deposit (C$200 admin fee)
- 30–60 days before departure: 50% refund
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund
- 0–14 days before departure: No refund (except force majeure)
- Ramadan packages: Stricter cancellation terms apply — see specific package details
4. Hajj Services — Important Notice
We do not sell Hajj packages. All Hajj bookings must be made through the official Saudi Nusuk platform (nusuk.sa). We provide Hajj guidance and ancillary services only. We cannot accept payments for Hajj packages.
5. Price Accuracy
All prices quoted are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to availability and change. Quoted prices include the components stated (flights, visa, hotel, transfers). Prices do not include travel insurance, personal spending money, or items not explicitly listed.
6. Consumer Protection
We handle all client payments with full transparency. A written booking confirmation and receipt is provided for all payments. We recommend paying by credit card where possible for additional consumer protection. Contact us at any time for a full account of your payments.
